There are two corrections to the Appendix A. ESRS Manual and scoring sheet:

–Page 261, Section IV, entry # 3, Bucco-labial movements: for the ‘Occasional’ column, the numbers should read ‘2, 3, 4’ instead of ‘3, 4, 5’.

–Page 262, Section IV, entry # 7, Other involuntary movements: for the ‘Occasional’ column, the numbers should read ‘2, 3, 4’ instead of ‘2, 4, 5’.
